ESA have a dedicated accountant who assists players in all aspects of their financial management, starting from how to budget early on in your career to investment strategies for later on in your career. We cannot emphasise enough how important it is as an elite athlete to have a strong financial plan to set yourself up post-career, so we are here to help you navigate your way through what can often be un- known territory for most young athletes.
