Navigating the pathway can be tricky, with CA opportunities, heated competition amongst rival players and coaches with differing opinions. ESA regularly speak with key personnel and coaches from all states and CA to assist with the stress of national carnivals and which steps are best to take while dealing with Premier Cricket and the end goal of being prepared for a rookie contract. 
 

Career Guidance On & Off the Ground 
There is a vast difference between junior representative cricket and making the senior ranks both on and off the field, being talented alone does not always guarantee a contract. ESA sit down with athletes, work out your goals on and off the field and assist in navigating the sometimes tricky pathway. Working through short term incremental goals greatly assist you in achieving your dream of playing professionally.

ESA liaises with States/BBL Franchises and International Clubs as well as GM’s, Coaches and List Managers to source you the best and most importantly the right contract available. Our experience and relationships in the industry allows us to understand your market value throughout Australia and the World to ensure you are getting paid what you are worth. ESA have players annually in all major and minor cricketing leagues allowing our players the best opportunity to grow their cricketing brand globally.
